RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cawaie, we want you to love your purchase. Because we take great care in fulfilling every order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective or faulty
  • The wrong item was sent to you

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must report the issue within 14 business days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, contact us at Support@cawaie.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Support@cawaie.com.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final except in the cases listed above. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under applicable EU law. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
