Customs & Duties
United States — Duty Free
All orders shipped to the United States are duty free. No additional customs fees or import charges will apply to your order.
International Orders — Duties May Apply
Many international destinations ship duty free, however some countries may assess customs duties, tariffs, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Customers are solely responsible for any duties or tariffs incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential fees.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. From there, you can follow your order every step of the way straight to your door.
Good to Know
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
- Orders containing a MagSafe Power Bank will ship separately. You'll receive two tracking numbers and both shipments will arrive within the same delivery window.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. You'll be notified with individual tracking numbers.
